Ingredients:
3 apples, peeled and diced
200g of flour
150 grams of sugar
100g of melted butter
3 eggs
1 sachet of chemical yeast
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Add eggs and melted butter and mix until you get a homogeneous batter.
Gently dip the diced apples and cinnamon into the batter.
Pour the preparation into a pre-buttered and flourished mold.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Letting cool before dismantling.
