Sausage Rice Casserole


  • 1 box Uncle Ben’s long grain wild rice
  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup


Cook rice according to directions on box. In heavy skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until thoroughly done; drain. Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350˚F until bubbly.
